How to print in slides show format?

Assalamualaikum..

Baca tajuk pun mesti korang dah taw apa aku nak kasi taw kan? Actually, im showing this tutorial for my classmates especially and to anybody yang nak print slides notes dengan cara jimat dan berhemah!(berhemah dari segi apa pun aku tak taw la..haha). Korang kalau nak buat tutorial ni, first-thing-first kena la plug-in printer tuh dulu.. Kang dah smpai kesudah tunggu punya tunggu kertas tak keluar-keluar kan...pastu cakap tutorial aku tak bagus..ha! padahal, sendiri punye salah..hahha (selalu jadik kat aku sebenarnya )
pastikan jugak yang korang punya USB printer connected with laptop/PC..tu pun satu hal jugak..punca~

Bila sume tu dah ok, let's do it!

1. Open your slides. In Power Point or PDF format.
2. Choose Print in your Office Button.


3. This pop-up will be come out. Choose correctly your printer name/model. If you are using print server, make sure it's available and connecting. For this tutorial, i am using HP Diskjet F4200 series.


4. Click the Properties button. another pop-up will come out. On the Printing Shortcuts tab, choose Two-Sided(Duplex) Printing. It will printing notes in two-sided of paper.


5. Next, on the Features tab, make sure it is on Landscape paper. Choose 9 pages on Page per sheet and tick ( √ ) for Show preview before printing. Don't change others!



6. For more savings printing, make it Print in greyscale in Color tab. Then, click OK.


7. Lastly, please make sure your Slides what : Slides (on below-left side). Not an  Handsout! because it will change everything. Then, click OK to start the printing.


8. After few second, this preview pop-up will be come out. Check the slides and pages. Make sure you have an enough paper. Then, click Start Printing.


9. A minute later, this pop-up will showing. Don't close! Read and follow the instruction. Because it is a manual two-sides printing, you need to click Continue to print for another sides.


10. You will get the easy-reading and saving printing result!

Again, this tutorial are using HP Diskjet F4200 series. I did't sure this tutorial useful for other type of printer. If not, i am sorry. i can't help :(
